ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
by booking a stay with Millennial International Ventures LLC ("company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("guest," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding terms and conditions ("agreement"). your reservation is only confirmed upon full payment and acceptance of these terms.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
all reservations require full payment at the time of booking. prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed. we accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. any fraudulent transactions will result in immediate cancellation and potential legal action.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. cancellations made 14-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable. no-shows will be charged the full booking amount. we cannot provide refunds due to cancelled trips caused by sickness, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover such events. refunds will be processed within 10 business days and may be subject to processing fees.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
check-in: 3:00 pm or later. check-out: 11:00 am. late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. failure to vacate the property by the check-out time may result in additional charges.
HOUSE RULES & GUEST OBLIGATIONS
no smoking inside the property; a penalty fee will apply for violations. no pets allowed unless explicitly stated in the listing. no parties, excessive noise, or disturbances; quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. maximum occupancy limits must be respected. guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and agree to cover the costs of repairs or replacements. guests must comply with all applicable local laws and ordinances. we require all guests to be listed in the reservation, and we collect personal identification from all guests.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
properties are professionally cleaned before each stay. guests must maintain basic cleanliness and dispose of trash properly. essential supplies, such as towels and toiletries, are provided but not replenished daily. excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence may result in additional fees.
SECURITY & MONITORING
all our properties are equipped with security cameras that monitor the exterior at all times for the safety of our guests and property. tampering with or disabling security cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & DAMAGES
a security deposit may be required and will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages. any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest’s payment method on file. guests agree to notify millennial properties of any damages immediately.
WIFI USAGE & LIABILITY
we provide wifi access to our guests for their convenience. any illegal activity conducted using our wifi network is strictly prohibited. if requested by law enforcement authorities, we will cooperate fully and provide any necessary information about the guest responsible.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
millennial properties is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. millennial properties and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events that occur during a guest’s stay. we are not responsible for any damage to guests' vehicles parked on or near the property. guests agree to indemnify and hold millennial properties harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay.
TERMINATION OF STAY
millennial properties reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest violates any of these terms & conditions, engages in illegal activities, or causes damage to the property.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of florida. any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in tampa, florida. guests waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
